Winter noon done right

Happy New Year!

Well, every year we make new year resolutions like, to get more active, to travel more, to quit certain bad habits etc, so apart from getting fitter my new year resolution for 2018 involves visiting places which have always been on my mind... One such place was 'Agrasen ki Baoli'. To be honest, I loved the pictures my friends had been posting of this beautiful place and I too wanted to do the same. So when my better half (I am the bitter one!) paid me a surprise visit I decided to make the most of it and along with 2 friends we reached this heritage site. And oh boy, we were not disappointed, though a little overcrowded, this place was enchanting!

For this winter outing, I decided to wear a long bohemian skirt with a thigh-high slit by 'The Khadi Cult' I'm a fan of their quirky prints and you guys already know of my love for Indian hand-loom fabrics!

I paired this gorgeous skirt with a thick black cotton shirt, the best part about cotton is that it keeps you cool in summers and warm in winters so it becomes my go-to fabric even on chilly nights... Sun was on my side so I did away with the jacket but I did wear my decade old Carlton London boots (those have been my best buy till date) to keep my feet warm, I completed my look with a green sling bag from Hidesign and bright orange jewelry bought locally from Janpath at throw away price and that turquoise ring was a steal from a sneak a peak to my sister's trinket box!

  I personally LOVE this Brand. 'The khadi Cult' comfortable yet fashionable stuff for men, women, and kids, You can even get coordinated block printed outfits designed for your family and become a showstopper at parties. Taking Khadi to a new level, the owner of this label Priyanshi Zariwala is a darling to deal with.
